trycaldor.com (the “Site”) is operated by Merina LLC, doing business as Caldor® (“Caldor”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or place an order.

Health disclaimer
Caldor® products are dietary supplements. Statements on the Site and on our packaging have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on the Site is for general information only and is not medical advice. Consult your healthcare provider before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Do not exceed the recommended serving. Individual results vary.

Products and pricing
We try to describe our products and prices accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, limit quantities and refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error). If we cancel an order after payment, we’ll refund you in full.

Subscriptions
Every purchase is a subscription that renews every 30 days until cancelled, as set out in our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy. By completing checkout, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.

Payment
Payment is taken at checkout and on each renewal. All prices are in US dollars. You’re responsible for any applicable taxes.

Shipping, refunds and cancellations
Shipping, refunds and subscription cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the Caldor® name and logo, text, images and design — belongs to Caldor or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caldor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the US state where you live.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
